About Us

Looking To Rent was established in 2003 specialising in servicing landlords and tenants in Glasgow.

In June 2011 Pauline Macnair became a partner and took over management of the company, bringing with her a vast knowledge of the property market and a large portfolio of properties from an established loyal client base.

July 2011 marked the opening of a new, luxury office on the busy Alexandra Parade. Since joining, the company has rapidly expanded, covering Glasgow and the surrounding areas. We offer a range of properties from executive Merchant City apartments to affordable family homes. We have a range of commercial properties available across Glasgow and have recently introduced a new range of serviced apartment’s, ideal for long term executive lets or short stay holidays.

The 1st March 2015 saw the launch of the second Glasgow branch. The office, located on Dumbarton Road opened up a whole new market in the West of the city, cementing Looking To Rent as one of the premier letting agent in Glasgow.

We launched our range of luxury serviced apartments in 2012 and celebrating winning a Booking.com Guest Review Award in 2015 for scoring 9.1 of 10.

We believe our rapid expansion is down to the exceptional level of service we offer to both our landlords and tenants.
